Your pet's comfort and safety is our
primary concern. If your pet has any allergies, sensitivities, or
pre-existing medical conditions, please advise us prior to their grooming.
Please let us know of any prior grooming
history you or your pet did not find satisfactory. We do not want to expose
your pet to discomforts or unpleasant situations.
We know that some pets are EXTREMELY
sensitive to certain grooming procedures, such as nail trimmings or ear
cleanings. It is not our intent to cause discomfort to your pet. for the
overly sensitive pet, some procedures are best left to the care of a
veterinarian.
Excessive dematting is a painful
time-consuming and costly procedure. Sometimes a pet is so badly matted,
that the hair must be completely clipped off, allowing new healthy hair to
grow. Excessive matting can be avoided with regular brushing and grooming.
We will be happy to show you some brushing techniques for mat prevention.
However, if your pet is excessively matted, and you decide not to have him
clipped, a dematting charge will be applied to your fee.
Although most pets are well-behaved, not
all are "little angels". We will not provide service for vicious
or aggressive attitudes. We reserve the right to refuse service to these
pets.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled
appointment.
No Show Policy
- In the event we arrive for a scheduled, confirmed appointment and find no
one there to release the pet to our care, an invoice in the amount of $20
for the "no show" will be left at your door.
Payment Policy
- Payment is to be received at the time of service. Cash or personal check
will be accepted.
Returned Check policy
- Creative Canines will accept only cash for the first visit. Following
visits may be paid with cash or personal check. Returned checks will be
subject to a $30 returned check fee.
Our prices are based on the average breed
size. The price of your pet could vary a few dollars up or down depending on
size.
Pet owners WILL NOT be permitted inside
the van unless escorted by the pet stylist.
